Out for a relaxing drive to do my wifely duties. I talk about forced vacations, and being in the doldrums. Also: disappointing Froot Loops. Where is Life on the Shit List? Never-ending sweeping the floor.

  1. Do you think the nonstop rain makes an impact on your blue days? I don’t think I could tolerate that much rain.

    • Hi George:

For the most part I can resist the doldrums that come with the rain. However, there are times when the rain is either non-stop for a number of days (ie, if it rains continually for more than 5 days) or if it is really pouring hard and relentlessly for more than a couple days, then I start to lose my patience for the rain. But these occurrences are rare. What is more frustrating is when I get my cars nice and clean because the forecast says its going to be nice, but then I am forced to drive them in the rain. That makes me more blue than 5 days of rain! 😉

Generally, a day or two of sun completely regenerates me and I am able to tolerate another week or so of rain. The summers here are usually superb (not too hot), and they make up for the wet winters.

      Fey
