  1. My own theory on memory loss is that it’s a natural reaction to life. There’s no way we can remember everything that happens. I think by the time we’re old, our brains are just full.

    My Dad has a terrible memory, partly due to age. He’s also totally disorganized and always has been. This has made his life very difficult since my mom died and she was the one who kept things under control.

    So, the important thing is to create habits while we’re youngish that will keep us organized when the memory goes.
